MOMENTUM VOLLEYBALL PARTNERS WITH LANDOW PERFORMANCE

Exciting news! 

We would like to announce a partnership between Momentum Volleyball and Landow Performance! 

As a volleyball athlete it is crucial to have the skillset to be quick, efficient, and create power. Landow Performance is  so excited to incorporate this skillset with Momentum Volleyball! 

Landow Performance will be offering training to all Momentum athletes! 

At Landow Performance, our philosophy is to provide our athletes with sports performance training which includes  speed, change of direction, strength, power, stability, and mobility- all-encompassing injury prevention. Our goal is to  teach our athletes proper movement positions in order for them to become robust and efficient within their sport!

When: STARTING FEBRUARY 1, 2021

• Monday-Thursday 
  • 6-7pm – 10 athletes maximum (to start) 
  • 7-8pm- 10 athletes maximum (to start)
• Friday: 630-730pm- 20 athletes maximum

• 16 sessions- $160/month 
• 12 sessions- $140/month 
• 10 sessions- $125month

Step 1: Click on the Session package that says “Momentum Volleyball” that you would like to purchase Step 2: Follow prompts with required information. 

Step 3: Sign waiver. 

Step 4: Go back to home page, and select time slots that say “Momentum Volleyball” for each session you want to  attend. 

In order to maintain capacity and organization we ask that you sign up on ZenPlanner the night before! This ensures  that you hold your place for training, and we respect capacity and organization throughout the Landow Performance  facility.
