The purpose of the Mizuno Prep League is to inspire and train young developing athletes in the game of volleyball. Our goal is to prep athletes for the club experience, middle school tryouts, and high school tryouts. Within a session players will receive conditioning, skill development, and match-style competition/drills. Each session we will provide experienced instruction on all skills, assist players in choosing a position, teach rotations, and give athletes an opportunity to learn from a variety of experienced coaches. We pride ourselves in providing high quality drills, high reps, and most importantly – aiding each child in working towards achieving their goals.
Featuring 4 age groups to accommodate more players with lower coach to player ratios, more court space and reps! Players will be divided into teams based on age and similar skill levels during the first week of training. At the conclusion of each session, all athletes will be placed on a team and compete in a 2–3-day tournament at Momentum during the last week of the league. Register for Winter I MPL HERE!
