Recruiting Advisor

So much of the recruiting process is on the athlete and their ambition to play at the next level, but helping them understand the process and then find a school that fits them and their needs is our biggest goal at Momentum. Instead of forcing a player to Division I or to a school that has connections to the club,  Momentum firmly believes the process should be a holistic approach that factors in the athlete, education, coaching staff, location and several other pieces that will provide a complete and unique collegiate experience for the athlete.

To assist our players in pursuing these college ventures, we have brought on Jessica Safer to fulfill the role of Recruiting Advisor. Jessica played college volleyball at the Division II level and also worked in & owned her own college recruiting company for a span of 5 years. Though she gained countless resources and college coaching contacts, she found one major consistency with recruiting across all college levels: these coaches are wanting to hear directly from the ATHLETES, not a recruiter or parent! Thankfully, Jessica is readily available to assist our players throughout their entire recruiting process, from identifying schools that meet the player’s desires to sending college emails to signing their Letter of Intent! She will be able to provide a full “tool belt” of knowledge & resources to initiate your recruiting journey; it will just be the player’s responsibility to utilize those tools!

Whether it’s a player meeting at the facility, being around the athletes at practice, or talking to college coaches about Momentum players at Qualifiers, Jessica will be involved and available to assist you with your college recruiting needs!
