Recruiting Director

The recruiting process involves a lot of unknowns for athletes and their families navigating recruiting for the first time.

Our goal at Momentum is to help our athletes better understand the process, prepare a game plan and offer support along the way to help them find the perfect fit at the next level.

Momentum VBC is proud to offer recruiting services to our club players with our Director of Operations and Recruiting Leslie Cikra.

Leslie will be there every step of the way to help walk our athletes through the process.  Her experience at both the D1 level, and professionally overseas, has created an extensive network of connections at every level, and all over the world.  She has been there, and is so excited to step into this new role at Momentum to help guide athletes in their journeys and explore possibilities to play at the next level and help prepare them for life beyond volleyball.
