We prefer to train our players in small groups to create more game-like situations to learn from and keep specialized training affordable for all athletes. The small group format gives athletes the opportunity to train in a competitive environment. Skills will be developed through high-level concepts taught across the entire Momentum gym. Our coaches are able to provide more feedback and our players are able to get lots of reps within one hour. Come get some extra reps in with with us! Small groups will be capped to accommodate gathering regulations.
All club affiliations welcome. This level of small groups is intended for players with at least one year club experience and basic skill knowledge of the game. If your player is a beginner or developing athlete, check out our Mizuno Prep Small Groups!

Mizuno Prep Summer Intensive is a focused 4-week program that is aimed at improving players’ skills in a short period of time. Youth Athletes will benefit from skill development, deeper concepts and 6v6 experience. Throughout the progression, players will be pushed, have fun, grow and leave prepared to take on their next challenge in the sport or upcoming tryouts. Saturdays in June! All club affiliations welcome. Beginner and intermediate youth players ages 8-14 welcome. No experience needed.
Athletes need an opportunity to explore and create when introduced to a new sport. Mizuno Prep Small Groups will not only introduce athletes to the fundamentals of the game, but it allows them to learn, make mistakes and grow in a fun and open environment. At these clinics, players will learn the skills and concepts needed to prepare and prep them for a school or club season.
Mizuno Prep Small Groups will be more focused on basic foundational skills, for players with some or no rec volleyball experience. These sessions are more generalized and focus on multiple skills and big picture concepts. Beginner and intermediate players ages 8-14, no experience needed.
Momentum Skills Camp is geared towards refining volleyball skills by building on skills and introducing advanced concepts. These sessions will give the next level of understanding to the athlete so they can make the jump in their development. Athletes will learn, discover and rep out the critical progressions for each skill set in a variety of environments. Each session will include a break down of the skills, lots of repetitions and game-like scenarios. Hitting/setting/defense, hitting/blocking and serving/passing sessions.
Our Intensive Setting Lab is designed to give setters the technical, tactical and physical foundation they need to be successful. Through drills, lots of reps and skill development this 4-week program will give setters deeper insight into their role and develop them into leaders on the court. Whether you are a beginner, looking to improve accuracy and consistency or you are more advanced, looking to learn higher level concepts, this setting program will give you the tools to continue to progress as a setter!
Momentum’s 3-part Fall Prep Session is programmed to prepare athletes for their upcoming club season. Fast-paced sessions will give players an opportunity to rep out and touch-up on all skills in a competitive environment. Prep will be a combination of skill development, drills and competition to knock the dust off and get focused on club season. Join us!

Stay up to date on your skills over winter break with small group sessions at Momentum! Small group sizes offer more coach interaction and higher repetitions within the hour-long clinic. Sessions will be grouped by position with individual skill development taught using high-level Momentum Volleyball Club core concepts.
