Stephanie Guyer

Assistant Coach
Current Team
18 James

Stephanie enters the 2018 – 2019 season at Momentum for her 5th year. In her 10 years of coaching and 20 years of playing, Stephanie brings a lot of heart, love, and passion for the game, as well as many years of experience coaching and years of experience as a former collegiate player and current player. She is IMPACT & Safesport certified coach.

Most recently, Stephanie has coached her 18s team to stay in Division 1 in the RMR.

Stephanie is a firm believer of providing players the opportunity to feel safe and the ability to make mistakes without feeling judged, all while being able to achieve the goals they have set for themselves.  She believes that being an athlete can help to achieve many goals outside of the gym such as being disciplined, time management, and to help them be the best selves that they can be.  Her top priorities are teaching players to have a  passion for the game all while having some fun.  She also believes in making an impact on players by being a role model and mentor for them.

When not coaching, Stephanie can be found working for Douglas County School District as a School Psychologist.  She is also actively playing grass and sand volleyball. Stephanie is a Colorado Native and proud of it.  Stephanie is looking forward to this season and achieving goals and helping to shape the minds and hearts of players on her team.
