She is IMPACT and Safesport certified.

Most recently, Carli, coached the momentum 15s team and helped develop the team to a very competitive place. They finished in the top of their division in the Greely Showdown and made it to the gold bracket in Las Vegas, a major accomplishment for that team! She helped develop players that will move up to the next competitive level in this club.

Carli is a firm believer in having big dreams, breaking down barriers, and hard work. She believes setting goals and having a plan that includes supportive, caring, motivated individuals to back you is one of the most important things in athletics and life. She strives to be that teacher and role model for every player by challenging and encouraging players every time she is with them as well as living her own life in line with these values. Her top priorities are to develop well rounded athletes and individuals on and off the court. She wants to teach and provide a level of passion, skill development, court awareness, and volleyball IQ, as well as, leadership, commitment to themselves and their team, and accountability, all of which are skills that will carry with them far beyond the court.

When not coaching, Carli, can be found running her business and training brains at
NeurOptimize. She has a background in mental health counseling and helps people to optimize their brain function and health to lead better lives, breaking down barriers! She took a break from playing for a bit while getting her masters and has been excited to get back into the game playing some sand and grass. Carli is originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico, loves the mountains and getting out and about with her sweet little family and puppies!
