Alexis White enters the 2018 – 2019 season at Momentum for her 2nd year. She has been coaching for 10 years and played for 8 years. She brings high energy, discipline and purpose to the game, as well as many years of coaching experience and collegiate playing experience. She is IMPACT and Safesport certified.
Most recently, Alexis White coached her 14s team to 2 power wins, and a RMR JNQ championship to qualify for the national division. Alexis White also coached the Douglas County High School Varsity team to qualify for 5A regionals in 2017.
Alexis White is a firm believer that failure is an important element of success. If you avoid failure, you will never accomplish success. Her top priorities are building a family amongst her team and pushing each player to be their best at all times without settling – on or off the court. She focuses on the technical details of the game while setting a standard of advancement for each player.
When not coaching, Alexis White, is a high school Chemistry teacher at Douglas County High School. She enjoys experimenting with tasting a variety of food, reading, and spending time with her husband, Ty, and cat Lelu.
