Teaching your young athlete proper volleyball skills is the cornerstone philosophy of the Foundations program. Geared toward 9 -12 year olds, the goal of Foundations is to increase the athleticism, coordination and volleyball skills of young athletes. Our expertise in these areas sets our program apart from the rest, and ensures that the proper foundation is laid for future advanced athletics. Camp features include: Individual Skills Training, Team-Oriented Drill Training, agility and proper footwork and Yoga for Volleyball.
