Momentum’s Fall Prep sessions are geared towards preparing athletes for the upcoming club season. Whether you’re coming off of a middle school season or you’re just waiting for the season to start, Fall Prep will allow you to get touches and prepare you for the season ahead. Every week players will be put into skills development, drills and gameplay to focus on their overall preparedness for club-level play. Let’s get ready to work!
