Sand Doubles Clinic

This 4 day series is for anyone seeking to improve their overall game. Athletes will learn the skills and strategies necessary to compete in sand doubles, and complete the series with a mini queen of the beach tournament to put their skills to the test. With sand as the fastest growing NCAA sport, we want to expose athletes to the opportunities it brings, as well as help them transfer these skills to improve their indoor game.

Cost: $200 for the series
Age: High School & Middle School
Skill level: Beginner to Intermediate
Location: The Island – 2233 S. Geneva St., Denver, CO 80247 ($100 for two courts each session)

Schedule: 3:00 – 5:00pm every Monday in June. June 4th, June 11th, June 18th, June 25th: Mini Queens Tournament

A Day in the Life of a Collegiate Volleyball Player

Evan Sanders, CU

Join CU’s Assistant Volleyball Coach Evan Sanders, and current CU players, in a day in the life of a collegiate volleyball player. Athletes will experience a typical practice day in the life of a CU Buff. Athletes will undergo a Buff warm up, conditioning session, team practice, individual group sessions, receive video analysis feedback, and end with a recruiting Q & A with the Buffs. This camp is for anyone interested or curious about the lifestyle of a collegiate volleyball player.

Saturday July 14th: 10:00 – 2:30

10:00-12:00: warm up, conditioning, small group positional sessions
12:00-12:30: lunch break
12:30-2:30: team practice concepts, video analysis feedback, recruiting Q&A

Momentum Skills Camp

Athletes will learn foundational techniques to be successful in each skill set. Each session will include a break down of each skill listed, and then combine skills to create a realistic environment to execute learned techniques. The last day will be focused on 6 vs 6 team concepts, where all four skills can be tested in a true game-like setting. If you are a beginner to intermediate player this camp is for you!

Cost: $70/each or $175 for all 3
