Momentum Programs allow for the continuous growth of the athlete to make sure they reach their potential in the sport. Progressing through each of our specific programs will allow the athlete to be introduced, pushed and prepared to move towards their near and long term goals.
Foundations helps to lay the foundation of any young player through proper fundamentals, team building, mental training and FUN.

Foundations Summer Camp
Teaching your young athlete proper volleyball skills is the cornerstone philosophy of the Foundations program. Geared toward 9 -12 year olds, the goal of Foundations is to increase the athleticism, coordination and volleyball skills of young athletes. Our expertise in these areas sets our program apart from the rest, and ensures that the proper foundation is laid for future advanced athletics.

Momentum Youth League
Date: June 3, 10, and 17
Time: The three sessions are from 3:30pm-7:30pm with a break from 5:30-6:00pm
Who can play? All skill levels, ages 9-14
What is the MYL? Momentum Youth League
MYL is a great alternative for players that may not be able to commit to a full season of club and wish to prepare for their school season. Summer MYL is for ages 9-14 of all levels. Players will receive conditioning, volleyball training, and match competition. Match competition will take place amongst teams of similar skill levels.
Our Summer MYL is a 3-week program on Sunday Evenings from 3:30-7:30. There will be a break from 5:30-6:00. Players will receive 30 minutes of conditioning, 1.5 hours of volleyball training, and 1.5 hours of game play at each session. Training and matches take place on the same night. Bring your friends, so you can play on the same team!
