Refund Policy

Payment of Fees

Registrations will be accepted on a first come-first served basis through our online registration system. Once the online registration process has been completed and payment rendered, your child’s slot in the camp/clinic is secured. Momentum clinics and camps have sold out for the past several years, so we recommend that you register and pay early to reserve your slot. Online payments may be made with a credit or debit card.

Cancellations and Refund Policy

To cancel a registration, please go to your account in eSoft, then Scheduling, then My Schedule, then scroll to Camps/Classes and click “Cancel” on the Camp you wish to cancel. For cancellations occurring 14 days or more before the first day of clinic/camp you are registered for, you will receive a refund of your paid fees.

Refund requests less than 14 days will be refunded only if:

  • Family plans change and the participant can no longer attend. In this case written notification must be received 7 days before the opening date of the confirmed clinic/camp session;
  • The participant does not attend due to illness or injury. A letter from a physician must accompany the refund request;
  • The participant is sent home from camp due to illness or injury occurring at camp. Refunds are prorated in such cases and will be made only at the written request of the parent.

No refunds will be made if the participant does not attend the clinic/camp program (whether in partial days or full duration of the clinic/camp) or leaves early for any other reason, even if the slot is filled by another participant.
